From October 30 to November 3, 2026, Warehouse 28 at the Generali Convention Center in Trieste’s Porto Vecchio – Porto Vivo will host BoraBierFest, a major festival dedicated to beer, food and Central European culture.

An event for the whole family: adults will have the opportunity to discover and taste a selection of beers and culinary specialties, while younger visitors can enjoy dedicated activities and entertainment. Throughout the festival, concerts, performances and talks will bring five days of great food, music and conviviality to life.

It is no coincidence that BoraBierFest was born in Trieste. The city’s relationship with beer dates back to the 18th century, when, under Maria Theresa of Austria, brewing and trade began to flourish, leaving a lasting mark on Trieste’s history and culture.

Celebrating beer in Trieste today also means rediscovering a connection with our history and with the Central European artisanal tradition, reinterpreting it in a contemporary event, open to the city and new generations.
