Dj Zippo
Vincenzo Zippo, born in Monfalcone on 12.08.60, is a well-known showman and entertainer from Friuli V.G. with a long career as both a musician/composer and a DJ.
He started playing the keyboard at a young age, performing in various clubs and events throughout Italy.
Between the 80s and 90s, in his small Milanese studio, he produced dance records as well as the song he authored, “Italia Ancora,” the official anthem of the Italian National soccer team for the USA 94 World Cup (sung by Enrico Ruggeri and Massimo Ranieri with vocal contributions from Paolo Maldini and Diego Abatantuono) along with Dj Ringo and Emmanuele Tessarolo.
In the mid-90s, with the release of the first music videos, he began his career as a DJ and “street” dancer, creating his own choreography for the hits of the era.
Still today, maintaining the same style, he performs not only in his home region but also across Italy and abroad (Milan, Abu Dhabi, Kitzbühel, etc.).
Today he also offers a new format called “ZPO VILLAGE,” an all-around musical show of pure, healthy fun that engages the audience with group dances, music-video-style choreographed dances, singing, and various comedy sketches.
The show is geared toward audiences of all ages, especially families, and is hosted by Enzo Zippo along with his staff consisting of 2 dancers + a second DJ.
Major events in the region hosted by Enzo Zippo and his staff:
Enzo Zippo’s Cavalchina Masquerade – 26 editions
Barcolana main stage Area 51 – 14 editions
